President's Message
Hello There:
We are excited about you visiting our site. Why?! Because, this year – 2008 - we are encouraging you to come out of the foreboding closet and proclaim that the East Bay real estate market is weathering the storm.
This year, in moving forward in my goal of invoking a spirit of participation from all members, I intend to move the chapter towards a strategic plan of profit driven activities. I must ask you something. . .
We Are Standing Ready To Serve You - But, Are You Ready To Serve Yourself?
The leadership teams, Governing Board, and I have strengthened the chapter’s organizational infrastructure towards meeting the membership’s immediate needs. By joining in this organization, you will acquire new support systems with dedicated individuals leading the way towards a common goal of sustaining you through this market and overcoming the challenges affecting your financial instabilities. We will help strip away the prospecting barriers limiting your mental ability to see your way through.
But, as mature individuals, we all know that
what really matters is what you do with what you have. So, whatever is holding you back. . . I encourage you to fight against it and get involved in this chapter’s agenda. We are here for you and we want you to succeed beyond measure in increasing your bottom line profits.
