® (WCR) East Bay Chapter. I and the members of the East Bay Chapter are excited that you agreed to join us today, as we continue our exciting voyage. There is truth in the saying that
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Today is proof positive that failure is not an option.
I am excited about the many opportunities that lie ahead for our chapter; however I am more excited about gleaning from the many years of wisdom that has been assembled in this room today.
2005 has been a very successful year for the chapter and we are looking to build upon this momentum. I invite you to unleash the wisdom within so that others may discover the many wonderful benefits of WCR.
