Welcome,
I want to welcome you to join us in a new year of creating a plan and making new milestones. It is with anticipation that the East Bay Chapter shall provide its members with new tools and strategies in this challenging time. We will all have to work a bit more, but work more effectively. With this in mind, the Resource Meeting and additional events will be focused on meeting those needs.
As we all move forward through this year, I encourage you to stay in the present and get into your "flow". Focus on working your plan to help propel your future. Each day, chip away at those things that have to be done, then, those things that should be done and success will be just around the corner.
This coming year will be a great time to be sharpening our skills and expanding our personal networks. East Bay WCR will be working to facilitate both of these objectives.

Greetings Fellow WCR Members and Friends!
We are excited about you visiting our site. Why?! Because, this year – 2008 - we are encouraging you to come out of the foreboding closet and proclaim that the East Bay real estate market is weathering the storm.
This year, in moving forward in my goal of invoking a spirit of participation from all members, I intend to move the chapter towards a strategic plan of profit driven activities. I must ask you something. . .
We Are Standing Ready To Serve You - But, Are You Ready To Serve Yourself?
The leadership teams, Governing Board, and I have strengthened the chapter’s organizational infrastructure towards meeting the membership’s immediate needs. By joining in this organization, you will acquire new support systems with dedicated individuals leading the way towards a common goal of sustaining you through this market and overcoming the challenges affecting your financial instabilities. We will help strip away the prospecting barriers limiting your mental ability to see your way through.
But, as mature individuals, we all know that
what really matters is what you do with what you have. So, whatever is holding you back. . . I encourage you to fight against it and get involved in this chapter’s agenda. We are here for you and we want you to succeed beyond measure in increasing your bottom line profits.

calendar of events and attend a Mastermind Networking and Resource Breakfast. You will see the difference! We are not only “talking the talk”, we are “walking the walk” towards increased profits. Walk with us, the East Bay Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. As my children JoVanna, Treanna, and Trevon would say, “Do You Feel Me!”

Thank you very much for your commitment, dedication and allegiance to the Women's Council of REALTORS
® (WCR) East Bay Chapter. I and the members of the East Bay Chapter are excited that you agreed to join us today, as we continue our exciting voyage. There is truth in the saying that
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Today is proof positive that failure is not an option.
I am excited about the many opportunities that lie ahead for our chapter; however I am more excited about gleaning from the many years of wisdom that has been assembled in this room today.
2005 has been a very successful year for the chapter and we are looking to build upon this momentum. I invite you to unleash the wisdom within so that others may discover the many wonderful benefits of WCR.
Your presence today is deeply appreciated and your participation will be forever treasured by me and the leadership of the East Bay Chapter of WCR, you are
